AIRPORT SERVICES
Orlando International Airport (MCO) requires that we have all Flight information from our clients. The Flight number and Airline are a must! This allows our personnel to track your Flight and ensure an on time pick up. In an industry were tardiness is common Sweetwater Limousine can boast a 99% on time pick up record.
Our procedure is to greet our Clients inside the Airport at Baggage Claim. The Driver will be holding a sign with your name. We suggest that if you do not see the Driver, call us at 407-677-4800 or call the number provided to you at time of booking. Our Drivers are instructed to wait for the Client on the 2nd level (Baggage Claim area) near the information desk.

FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS
Should your Flight be cancelled you are responsible for contacting our Office immediately to arrange for an alternate pick up time. If you do not notify Sweetwater Limousine that your Flight has been cancelled and we dispatch a Driver, you will be charged for that pick up. BAGGAGE
Our Drivers will be happy to assist you with your Luggage.
